And if you do not accept, then they inform you that it is a necessary action if you do not want to be left without Internet. All because the equipment you have is outdated and no longer useful.

Now, the deception does not end there. They explain that the change usually costs between 90 and 170 euros, as reported by the OCU. Although, with this «special promotion» The truth is that it costs you €0. Just as a cheaper rate is offered so that the customer can pay less. The problem? It is not your operator who is calling you, it is another telephone company that is trying to attract customers, even if at first it identifies itself as a salesperson for your operator. The message they give is that «This seniority promotion is applied through a company white label«.

And it is not the first time that this type of commercials give a series of offers announcing that they are from the White brand from your operator, but the reality is that there is no “white label” behind it.
